Every person who sets a goal has a reason — a dream they want to chase, a life they want to build, or a version of themselves they’re ready to grow into. But reaching those goals takes more than motivation. It takes structure, clarity, and a strategy that actually works.
That understanding didn’t come to me overnight. It was shaped through years of discipline, service, creativity, and reinvention.
My journey began in the United States Navy, where I served 7 years on active duty. The military taught me resilience, focus, and how to keep moving even when the path gets tough. While serving, I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and used every spare moment to grow creatively — freelancing in digital marketing, photography, and videography for businesses and events. I learned how to tell stories, solve problems, and bring ideas to life.
After the Navy, I continued to evolve. I attended film school, completed my business degree, and later earned my Master’s in Business Intelligence. Each chapter added something new: discipline, creativity, strategy, and the ability to turn information into action.
Those experiences became the foundation of my book, How to Reach the Goals You Keep Quitting.
The framework inside — the G.R.P.E. Method (Goal, Research, Plan, Execute) — was built from real life. It’s the system I used to navigate major transitions, pursue new dreams, and stay committed even when things got hard. And now, it’s here to help you do the same.
